I. Principle of Operation for the Airflow Pulverizer

Compressed air, after being cooled, filtered, and dried, is directed through a nozzle to form a supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This causes the material to become fluidized. Within the chamber, the accelerated material converges at the intersection of several jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing, thereby achieving ultra-fine particle crushing.

Crushed material is conveyed to the classification zone by an ascending air stream, where it is separated into coarse and fine powders under the influence of the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan. Coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber under its own gravity for further crushing, while qualified fine powder is carried by the air stream into the cyclone collector. Micro-fine dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.

④ Blade and sleeve wear should be regularly inspected; if worn, productivity will decrease and the particle size will become coarser. Replace them immediately upon discovering wear.

⑤ The grease replacement interval for the air classifier bearing is 2000 hours. The grease filling amount should be half (upside) or three-quarters (downside) of the bearing cavity space. Do not overfill the lubricating grease, as it may cause the bearing temperature to rise too high.
