Gansu Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress Hu Changsheng, and Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Governor Ren Zhenhe met with special guests at the Lanzhou Youth Entrepreneurs Summit on the afternoon of February 24.
