One, the purpose of the asphalt extensometer:

Suitable for measuring the extensibility of materials such as residual products from the distillation of various types of asphalt and liquid asphalt, as well as asphalt emulsion evaporation residues.

Section 2: Working Principle of Asphalt Extensometer

1. The mechanical stretching device is driven by a low-speed motor, which moves from one end to the other through a gear rack driven by a transmission gear. A variable speed mechanism is also installed on the transmission unit, allowing for two different stretching speeds of 50 mm/min and 10 mm/min.

2. The temperature control unit consists of a refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, fan, etc.) and a heater, pump, water tank, etc. The pump circulates the water, allowing the water temperature in the trough to be constantly adjustable between 5-50℃.

3. The extensometer LCD display can directly show the elongation length of three specimens and automatically calculate and display the average elongation of the three specimens.
