NPJ series colloidal valve-regulated lead-acid batteries are primarily used in control exchanges, communications, UPS uninterruptible power supplies, equipment, fire and security systems, emergency lights, and DC power for substation operations. They have a rated voltage of 12V and a rated capacity ranging from 32AH to 200AH, with a design float life of 10-15 years (at 25°C).
Good safety performance
The electrolyte is in colloidal (gel solid) form, eliminating the issue of liquid sulfuric acid leakage. The sulfuric acid electrolyte is encapsulated within the gel, preventing any leakage from the battery.
Valve-controlled sealed structure; in case of occasional overpressure inside the battery, the pressure can be safely released through the automatic opening of the safety valve, ensuring safety. The accumulation of flammable explosive gases inside is minimal, reaching no explosive concentration, thus exhibiting excellent explosion-proof performance.
No-maintenance performance
Utilizing the cathodic absorption principle for sealed, maintenance-free designs, the gas sealing composite efficiency exceeds 95%, and under normal operation, there is no need for regular water replenishment or maintenance for the battery.
Green and environmentally friendly
Under normal charging, there is no acid mist, which does not contaminate the machine room environment or corrode equipment.
Self-discharge small
Electrolyte density is relatively low, with lower self-discharge. It can be stored in a dry environment at 20℃ for one year without recharging and then used normally.
High-temperature resistant environment
Fully assembled, electrolyte in "rich liquid" form, high colloid heat capacity, better heat dissipation than lean liquid batteries, withstands 50℃ high temperature without thermal runaway.
Excellent low-temperature performance
Operates at temperatures as low as -25°C, with the sulfuric acid electrolyte present in a colloidal form. Although the internal resistance is slightly higher, the colloidal electrolyte's internal resistance does not change significantly at low temperatures, thus offering relatively good low-temperature performance.
Excellent over-discharge and deep-discharge performance
"Rich-liquid type" with special phosphoric acid colloid and high-tin anode plate alloy, boasts superior over-discharge and deep-discharge recovery capabilities for batteries.
Long-lasting
Thick plate corrosion-resistant design with relatively low electrolyte density, allowing for lower float voltage and float current, resulting in less plate grid corrosion and extended float life; also, the electrolyte is "rich," exhibiting lower sensitivity to water loss, leading to a longer lifespan. The NPJ series is designed for a lifespan of 10 to 15 years (≥38Ah and above).
Battery pack consistency
We guarantee that each battery in the battery pack maintains relatively consistent characteristics at no extra cost, ensuring long-term discharge and float charging consistency after deployment, without any single battery dragging down the entire pack.
Start controlling from the source: the weight and thickness of the grid and the coating amount.
Weigh and grade each individual plate piece (for batteries with ≥38Ah) before assembly to ensure relative consistency in the amount of active material in each cell.
Quantitative acid injection, four-charging-three-discharging system, balanced battery performance.
Discharge the battery prior to deactivating, for a one-time matching of capacity and open-circuit voltage.
Battery resting period inspection before shipment for batteries with ≥38Ah capacity, following a "time test" of 7 to 15 days, and re-inspection upon shipment, can effectively detect a very few suspected batteries that are hard to identify during the production line exit.
During shipment, batteries are re-grouped based on their open-circuit voltage and internal resistance.
The battery features a valve-regulated sealed structure. In the event of occasional excessive internal pressure, the pressure can be safely released through the automatic opening of the safety valve, ensuring security. The accumulation of flammable explosive gases inside is minimal, and the concentration does not reach the explosion point, demonstrating excellent explosion-proof performance.
