This machine integrates washing, filling, and capping into one unit, utilizing a straight-line filling method. Large bottles of different capacities require minimal adjustments and no additional parts to switch between bottle types. Equipped with PLC control and a touch screen for operation, it boasts high automation levels. The overall frame structure is more aesthetically pleasing and suitable for filling a variety of non-gaseous or liquid substances.

Primary Operation Process of Inline Filling Machine:

After the bottles are fed into the line and reach the washing station, the robotic arm grips the bottle mouth and flips it 180 degrees. The water jet tube is then inserted into the bottle mouth, and the flushing pump is activated to rinse the interior with sterile water. After washing, the bottle is flipped back 180 degrees and returned to the conveyor for further transport to the filling station. Once photoelectric detection confirms the required quantity, the front and rear cylinder barriers hold the bottles, and the filling valve descends for the filling process. Both the filling time and the robotic arm's rinsing time are adjustable. Upon completion of filling, the bottles are conveyed to the capping station.
