Intelligent greenhouses, also known as automated greenhouses, refer to high-tech "intelligent" structures equipped with automated facilities such as movable skylights, shading systems, insulation, wet curtain/cooling fan systems, drip irrigation sprinkler systems or drip irrigation systems, and mobile seedling beds. They are based on the agricultural greenhouse environment. The control of intelligent greenhouses typically consists of three parts: a signal collection system, a computer, and a control system.
Subject Structure
1. Infrastructure Construction
The greenhouse perimeter is supported by a rectangular foundation, with concrete poured (the depth of the foundation should not be less than 1.5 meters below ground level, depending on the local depth of permafrost, and the foundation must be situated above the bearing layer, with the depth of the bearing layer to be referenced from the local geological survey report). Inside the greenhouse, a point-type foundation is used. The greenhouse's perimeter features a brick skirt wall 0.5 meters high, finished with cement mortar, and has a drainage strip 0.5 meters wide.
2. Greenhouse Main Frame Structure:
The greenhouse's main structure is made of lightweight steel, utilizing domestic hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and plates, with an expected service life of 20 years.
3. Anti-Drip System (Anti-Condensation System)
Currently, condensation is a common issue in greenhouses. Condensation affects the use of intelligent greenhouses to varying degrees, and more importantly, it directly impacts the quality and yield of indoor crops. Preventing condensation has become one of the standards for evaluating greenhouse performance.
The greenhouse features an "H"-shaped structure under all gutters to prevent leakage and collect condensation. The intelligent greenhouse's main structure is designed with a leak-proof system, where condensation formed on the inner surface of the covering material is channeled into collection trays via gathering channels and directed to a designated location. The condensation collection trays are installed below the rain gutters. This design boasts advantages such as wide cross-section, high strength, aesthetic appearance, long service life, resistance to deformation, and the ability to collect all roof condensation.
Intelligent greenhouses have been widely applied in China's agricultural production. With the continuous development of greenhouse species and the extension of their functions, various intelligent greenhouses are emerging as a new engine for agricultural development, providing greater value support to the industry.
