Vacuum kneading machines are primarily used in the chemical production fields where bubbles are prone to form, such as silicone, glass glue base material, butyl rubber, and hot melt adhesives. As an important branch of the kneading machine series, vacuum kneading machines have established a mature industrial chain in China.
The working principle of the vacuum kneading machine is achieved through the strong shearing action generated by a pair of interlocking and rotating Sigma (or Z-shaped) blades, which allows semi-dry or rubbery, thick plastic materials to react quickly, resulting in a uniformly mixed and stirred mechanical device.
The vacuum kneading machine adjusts temperature through electric heating, steam, oil heating, and water cooling methods, utilizing hydraulic tilting and lid opening. The discharge methods include hydraulic, tilting drum emptying, ball valve discharge, and screw extrusion.
The vacuum kneader is an ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing, and re-aggregating various chemical products of elastic-plastic materials with high viscosity. It is widely used in high-viscosity sealants, silicone rubber, neutral and acidic glass glue, chewing gum, bubble gum, aluminum silver paste, silica gel, pulp, cellulose, and is also used in batteries, inks, pigments, dyes, organosilicone resins, plastics, rubber, and other industries.
