Smoke and grease purifier equipment performance
The electrostatic ion smoke purification equipment utilizes a dual action of mechanical separation and electrostatic purification. Contaminated smoke and oil fumes, drawn into the pipeline by the fan, enter the primary separation and balancing device of the smoke purification unit. This employs gravity inertia purification technology to physically separate and balance large oil mist particles. The large oil droplets are then separated and drain into the oil trap under their own weight. The remaining smaller particles of contamination enter the secondary stage -- the high-voltage electrostatic field. Within the electrostatic field, there are two stages: the first is the ionizer, where strong electric fields charge the particles, turning them into charged particles. These charged particles are immediately adsorbed onto the secondary吸附极板 and partially carbonized. Simultaneously, ozone generated by the high-voltage electrostatic field effectively degrades harmful components, providing disinfection, smoke purification, and odor removal. The clean air is then discharged through a filter grid.
