Fume purifier equipment performance
The electrostatic ion smoke purification equipment utilizes a dual action of mechanical separation and electrostatic purification. After the oily smoke waste is drawn into the pipeline by the fan, it enters the primary purification and separation device of the smoke purification unit. This device employs gravity inertia purification technology to physically separate and balance large particle oil mist particles. The separated large oil droplets flow into the oil tank under their own weight. The remaining smaller particle pollutants enter the secondary stage device -- the high-voltage electrostatic field. Inside the electrostatic field, there are two stages: one is the ionizer, where strong electric fields charge the particles, and these charged particles are immediately adsorbed onto the secondary adsorption plates and partially carbonized. At the same time, ozone generated by the high-voltage electrostatic field effectively degrades harmful components, achieving disinfection, smoke purification, and odor removal. The purified air is then discharged through a filter grid.
