Structural steel fabrication and membrane processing are both conducted at the factory, ensuring reliable quality control. On-site installation is quick, minimizing site occupation. Due to the light weight of the film material and its high tensile strength, membrane structures can fundamentally overcome the difficulties encountered in large-span unsupported buildings with traditional structures, making them suitable for large-span pools.

High wind resistance rating

Due to the sealed nature of all steel-supported inverted membrane structures, with their smooth surface shapes, the wind load coefficient is low and wind resistance is high, allowing for design to withstand typhoons of up to 12 levels.

Sealed corrosion prevention

All membrane materials are heat-sealed, and the "secondary joint sealing" using on-site heat-sealing between the membrane panels during installation ensures both the encapsulation integrity and protection against internal corrosive gases attacking the steel structure.

The thermal insulation performance of single-layer film material is comparable to that of brick walls, capable of withstanding both summer heat and preventing winter cold. It can meet the survival needs of odor-eliminating biological bacteria.

Due to the PVDF self-cleaning coating on the surface of the film material, it effectively reduces the adhesion of dust on the surface, allowing for effective cleaning with natural rainwater.
