(1) Simple Construction: Due to the characteristics of covering raw materials, the load-bearing structure, film system software, and installation specifications of plastic greenhouses are relatively simple. The installation structure typically uses hot-dip galvanized light steel or general steel frame structures, with hot-dip galvanized light steel structures being the norm, and modular construction is preferred. The main frame of the greenhouse consists primarily of upright posts, surrounding beams, top arches, top supports, load-bearing beams, diagonal supports, and drainage channels. The vertical components at the top are used as tie rods, significantly simplifying the structure and reducing steel content. Additionally, when the covering material is connected to a flat roof in a non-reflective manner, the flat roof only bears the load and positive pressure, while the pressure is transmitted to the drainage channels and upright posts, greatly enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the greenhouse structure.

(2) Diverse Specifications and Styles: Due to the unique characteristics of multi-span greenhouse structures, and considering the trend of development in large and medium-sized multi-span film greenhouses, factors such as location and customer satisfaction play a significant role. Consequently, plastic greenhouse products with various styles and specifications have emerged worldwide, based on local standards. These include arc-top greenhouses with different spans, heights, and flat roofs, such as bi-arched pointed flat-roofed greenhouses, zigzag-shaped greenhouses, circular-arched multi-flat-roofed greenhouses, and more. As a result, it is challenging to summarize and describe a single specification of plastic greenhouses. However, flexible designs for spans and depths can be made according to customer requirements, to cater to the needs of different geographical specifications.
