Packaging box floor specifications and physical properties, such as density, vary, which affects their thermal and sound insulation capabilities. Generally, boards with higher density and greater thickness exhibit better insulation and soundproofing properties. Additionally, their electrical insulation properties are highly recommended, for instance, in transformer rooms. When laying the packaging box floor, the long edge of the board must be perpendicular to the direction of the sub-joists, and the seams in the width direction should be staggered. Before sealing, first mark the spacing of the joists on the board surface, pre-drill a slightly concave pit at the positions where the nails will pass, to ensure the board surface remains flat after screw installation, with the screw heads sinking into the board.
