The production process for handcrafted rock wool purification boards mainly includes the following steps:
Raw Material Preparation: Prepare color steel plates, rock wool core materials, adhesives, and other raw materials. Ensure the quality of the raw materials meets production requirements and process them according to customer specifications.
Surface Treatment: The colored steel plates are cleaned, rust-removed, and corrosion-prevented to enhance their durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, cutting and shaping are performed according to customer requirements.
Core Material Processing: The rock wool core material is cut and grooved for bonding with the surface material. Additionally, the core material is pre-treated to enhance its bonding and fire-resistant properties.
