Causes and Solutions for Generator Malfunctions:
《1》Timing of fuel supply too early or too late. Check if the timing gear is properly installed, and adjust the fuel supply timing by adding or removing shims.
"2. If the plunger spring or oil valve spring breaks, replace the new parts."
The oil pump gear rod or plunger may stick in a non-oil supply position, or the oil outlet valve may be jammed. Clean the oil pump adjustment gears and gear rod, or the plunger and plunger sleeve, or the oil outlet valve and valve seat, and replace new parts if necessary.
Issue #4: There is air in the fuel line inside the injection pump. The release valve screw on the injection pump should be loosened, allowing the bubbles to escape and the fuel to flow normally before tightening the screw again.
If the viscosity is too high or contains water, choose the appropriate brand according to the season, or continue using it after removing the water or replace it with a new one.
Fuel tank drain valve is not open or there is no fuel in the tank. Locate the open drain valve or add fuel.
"Low-pressure oil line, high-pressure oil line, or filter clog. Clean the pipeline and filter element, and replace if necessary."
Severe wear on plunger mating parts, inadequate closure of the oil outlet valve,破裂 sealing washer, and severe wear on the pressure reducing belt, necessitating replacement of new components.
Excessive wear on the oil pump cam, replacement parts are recommended.
