The tooth roller crusher is mainly composed of an electric motor, a torque-limiting hydraulic coupling, a connecting housing, a reducer, tooth rollers, and the body, each part featuring the following characteristics:



Limited torque hydraulic couplings: Used for connecting motors and reducers, they reduce shock and vibration during start-up and offer overload protection.
Motor and reducer coupling cover: Integrates the motor and reducer, serving to bear the motor weight and protect the hydraulic coupler. It ensures the motor and reducer are concentric. The cover features an observation hole, allowing for real-time monitoring of the hydraulic coupler condition.


Gears Roller: A critical component for direct material crushing, featuring a spiral arrangement of teeth. The gear seat and main shaft are assembled with multiple dovetail slots, enhancing shear strength and providing a sturdy, reliable connection. The two gear roller shafts rotating in opposite directions sift out small pieces of material, while larger pieces are crushed by the crushing teeth. The crushing teeth are cast from special steel and heat treated, offering high strength, certain toughness, excellent wear resistance, and a long service life.
Additionally, the tooth roller crusher is equipped with a speed sensor and an intelligent monitoring system with PLC programming controller to monitor the equipment's operating status. In case of a jam, the motor can be manually reversed to automatically expel the blockage, preventing material from getting stuck and ensuring safe and normal operation of the equipment. The PLC programming controller allows for remote control, enabling the central control room to monitor the crusher's operation.
