I. Construction Process Flow

Surface Treatment

(1) Clean off any missing or damaged parts from the surface of the concrete components.

(2) For cracks narrower than 0.15mm, apply a sealing胶 to the surface; for cracks wider than 0.15mm, use Tongtai crack sealant for filling.

2. Patch and Flatten

For the missing parts of components that have been cleaned, de-burred, and exposed, use patching glue to repair and level them.

3. Coating and Immersion Adhesive

In a ratio of A:B=2:1 by quality, prepare the dipped adhesive, mix it evenly, and then apply the prepared dipped adhesive uniformly with a roller to the concrete surface where bonding is required.

4. Carbon Fiber Tape

(1) Avoid air between the carbon fiber fabric and the impregnating resin during application. Use a roller to roll over the carbon fabric multiple times along the fiber direction, allowing the impregnating resin to penetrate the carbon fibers.

(2) Carbon fiber longitudinal joints must overlap by more than 20cm; there is no need for transverse overlap.

5. Coating and Immersion Adhesive

After the carbon fiber is粘贴完毕, apply one coat of the impregnating resin on the carbon fiber surface to ensure the resin is fully soaked into the carbon fiber.

6. Surface Protection

After applying the carbon fiber fabric, it requires natural curing for 1 to 2 hours to achieve initial solidification. It should be ensured that there is no external interference or impact during the curing period.

(2) Apply fire-resistant coatings and other protective measures according to the on-site environment and design requirements.

III. Cautionary Notes:

1. Use as needed, suggest an individual usage of 20-30 minutes for each application of the adhesive to avoid waste and loss.

2. Environmental temperature affects curing speed; the higher the temperature, the faster the curing speed, and vice versa.

3. During winter construction, heating can be applied when the colloidal temperature is low, but the heating temperature should not exceed 50℃.

Do not allow children to touch, do not ingest.

5. Wear gloves, masks, goggles, etc., during construction. If the gel accidentally contacts skin or clothing, rinse immediately with water. If accidentally ingested or enters eyes, seek medical attention promptly.
