Magnetic Pipe Iron Remover: The permanent magnetic pipe iron remover is made of high-performance permanent magnetic materials (such as neodymium iron boron) to form permanent magnets, which can continuously produce a stable magnetic field without external power supply. As the material flows through the iron remover, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed to the surface of the permanent magnet. With the flow of the material, the impurities are gradually brought to the iron outlet and naturally fall off after losing the magnetic attraction, achieving automatic iron removal.


Electromagnetic Pipe Iron Remover: The electromagnetic pipe iron remover generates a magnetic field when the electromagnetic coil is energized. As current passes through the coil, it produces a strong magnetic field, which can adjust its intensity and direction with the current's changes. When material flows through the iron remover, ferromagnetic impurities are also adsorbed onto the magnet. To remove the adsorbed impurities, the power needs to be periodically turned off to dissipate the magnetic field, after which the impurities are manually or automatically cleared. The electromagnetic pipe iron remover has significant advantages in situations where adjusting the magnetic field strength or frequent impurity removal is required.
