Soybean meal is highly nutritious, containing approximately 43% protein, making it a major protein source for the feed and livestock industry. However, due to the presence of antinutritional factors in legumes, animals have a low absorption and conversion rate of the protein in soybean meal, which affects its nutritional value as feed and indirectly leads to waste of soybean meal protein feed.

By utilizing biofermentation technology to denature soybean meal, beneficial components and oligopeptides are enhanced, anti-nutritional factors are eliminated, and the utilization rate of soybean meal is improved. It has become a multi-enzyme protein feed additive and protein feed. Currently, it is widely used as a protein source for milk pigs, substituting for the increasingly expensive fishmeal. Due to its excellent quality and increased feed value, and its ability to partially replace fishmeal, the fermented soybean meal has great potential applications in poultry and animal husbandry, aquaculture, with a promising future.
