1-80,000 tons feed factory: Our factory constructs 10,000-80,000 tons per year compound granular feed factories, with a process flow including raw material cleaning, coarse and fine crushing, computerized batching, mixing, conditioning granules, granule maturation, cooling and drying, grading, and finished product packaging. Electrical control is implemented through a centralized control room with on-site segmental control at each major stage. Factory computerized distributed control systems can also be adopted upon customer request. Equipment startup and shutdown at each stage is controlled by PLC, and real-time operation and fault alarm status of all equipment can be dynamically displayed on the computer. It also features database management capabilities. The production process design is scientific, the layout is reasonable, the batching accuracy is high, the functions are comprehensive, and operation and maintenance are convenient.
