1-80,000 tons feed factory: Our factory constructs a 10,000-80,000 tons per year compound granulated feed factory with a process flow including raw material cleaning, coarse and fine crushing, computerized batching, mixing, conditioning granulation, granule maturation, cooling and drying, grading, and finished product packaging. Electrical control is centralized via a control room, complemented by local segment control at major process sections. We can also adopt a factory computer distributed control system upon customer request; all equipment starts and stops are controlled by PLC, with dynamic display of equipment operation and fault alarm status on the computer, and featuring database management capabilities. The production process design is scientifically engineered, well-planned, with high batching accuracy, comprehensive functions, and easy operation and maintenance.
