How is the qualification process handled?

Step 1: Identify the qualifications your company plans to pre-apply for, research the relevant professional qualification standards, and determine the required professional certifications and quantities for the qualifications you are applying for.

Step 2: Organize and compile a list of the current staff's certifications, including their specialties and quantities, to determine the gap between the actual certifications and the standard requirements.

Step 3: Supplement the required personnel certifications through part-time outsourcing and staff training, and record all personnel in the company's social security system.

Step 4: Purchase and activate the "Password Generator" corporate version and the Construction Committee qualification application backend. Also, complete the preliminary registration procedures for the architect.

Step 5: Compile all comprehensive company materials and personnel certificate information, and upload all scanned copies in a standardized format as required by the "Qualification Application Backend System."

Step 6: Complete the backend information and generate the file for download and printing.

Step 7: The Social Security Bureau prints out social security certificates for all personnel and attaches them in order to the printed paper materials.

Step 8: Complete all documentation with signatures and seals, then bind and seal them into a volume.

Step 9: Gather the original documents of all reported materials, and bring them to the local Construction Commission of the district where the company is registered for verification.

Step 10: Official acceptance of paper documents; click to report in the backend system (individual districts' construction committees may require pre-interviews with the company's legal representative and technical负责人 before accepting the documents)

Step 11: After the District Construction Committee officially accepts the application, it generally completes the review within 20 working days. At the same time, the system will notify the personnel responsible for the application of the company's qualification via text message.

Step 12: After receiving the notification SMS for approval, confirm your company information and proceed to apply for the qualification certificate (one original and one copy).
