2. Corporate Business License Copy, Tax Registration Certificate (photocopy)
3. Number of employees, educational structure, and the proportion of R&D personnel among the company's employees.
4. Certificate of R&D expenses for the most recent three accounting years (or actual operating years if less than three) from a qualified intermediary organization in compliance with the "Guidelines"; as well as a special audit report on the revenue from high-tech products (services) for the most recent accounting year.
5. Audit reports and special audit reports for the previous three accounting years, authenticated by a qualified intermediary organization.
6. Proof of technological innovation activities, including intellectual property certificates, production permits, materials proving new products or new technologies (newness search), product quality inspection reports, and other relevant proof materials.
