Swivel joints are primarily used by manufacturers of transporting media. Using swivel joints can accelerate product production and enhance product quality. Below, I will introduce several steps for using swivel joints in the workshop production process.

1. Upon entering the workshop, designers must adhere to the manufacturer's specifications, create manufacturing drawings, and define the dimensions and sizes of the rotating joints. Only after approval from various departments can they proceed with the workshop processing.

2. Upon entering the workshop, the lathe operators must interpret the drawings and machine the lathe according to the dimensions specified.

3. After the lathe work is completed, the parts must proceed to the welding department for pattern distribution, followed by drilling and bending operations, and then proceed to assembly.

4. After installation, the quality inspection department must inspect and thoroughly match the drawings before the sales department is permitted to ship.
