Industrial Reverse Osmosis Equipment Technology

Industrial reverse osmosis equipment requires different process configurations based on actual water usage requirements. Water standards vary across industries, such as resistivity ranging from 18MΩ.cm to 0.5MΩ.cm, and conductivity from 20uS/cm to 0.1uS/cm. Therefore, different pretreatment systems, single or double stage reverse osmosis processes, and post-treatment systems (EDI desalination system, polishing mixed bed system, UV sterilization, ozone generator, chlorine dioxide, etc.) need to be configured for various standards.

Standards for pure water quality across various industries

1. Pure water for animal drinking, general chemical raw material ingredients, food industry ingredients, general electroplating industry rinsing with deionized pure water, textile dyeing and finishing with dehardening desalinated pure water, polyester film slicing, refined chemical industry, domestic drinking pure water, and other applications requiring similar purity water.
