Xiaobeng Chemical's Integrated Communication Scheduling System encompasses a wide range of multimedia scheduling services, including voice dispatch, video联动 scheduling, teleconferencing, SMS notifications, broadcast announcements, cluster intercom scheduling, and gas alarm联动. It also supports integration and development with third-party data services, security alarms, emergency response plans, and GIS systems, forming a robust multimedia scheduling communication platform.
Voice Scheduling
The Dispatch Console allows for scheduling various communication terminals, including analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, and more, offering features such as individual call, group call, round-robin call, teleconference, force call, force disconnect, auto-answer, monitoring, mute, transfer, roll call, and proxy answer.
Video Scheduling
One-Click Dispatch: Binds network cameras or analog cameras with fixed-line or mobile communication terminals. When the dispatch console calls the terminal, the system automatically retrieves the corresponding surveillance video and displays it on the console, enabling audio-visual integrated command and dispatch functionality.

Broadcast Scheduling
Our system supports various functionalities including voice notifications, public announcements, shout announcements, TTS text-to-speech broadcasts, level broadcasts, command broadcasts, scheduled broadcasts, and task process broadcasts.
In the event of an emergency, an emergency broadcast can be initiated manually with a single click (or automatically). It also supports video linkage.
The system can be pre-set with multiple timing broadcast plans, catering to different time slots, regions, and radio broadcasts.

SMS Scheduling
In regular situations, dispatchers can manually send SMS messages to the mobile terminals of relevant personnel through the dispatching console. In emergencies, following the procedures set by the emergency plan, the dispatching system will automatically send out SMS messages individually or in bulk.

Cluster Scheduling
The system supports mixed PTT networking for both wired and wireless communication. It allows for calls between fixed-line, mobile phones, and two-way radios. It features dial-up interconnectivity and one-touch PTT calling. It is compatible with various models and standards of PTT vehicle and handheld transceivers. It also supports PTT radio calls to broadcast systems, triggering pre-set broadcast audio.
Alarm Dispatch
Upon detection of danger, the alarm system automatically sends the alarm signal to the command and dispatch platform (or manually triggers an alarm with a single click), where the dispatch console will automatically sound and light alarms to alert relevant personnel, while the broadcast system simultaneously initiates a danger broadcast warning for the affected area.
Emergency Response Plan Coordination
Upon receiving emergency alerts or fire alarms, the system activates pre-set response protocols, such as automatically dialing fixed lines or mobile phones of relevant personnel or superiors; sending reminder SMS messages to them; and broadcasting emergency announcements, etc.

GIS Geospatial Information System
Using the location feature of the GIS geographic information system, each information terminal's position is identified. On the dispatch console, a single click can call the communication terminal at the location point, and simultaneously, the video surveillance bound to the point can be accessed.
Operation and Survey Integration
The company supports unified and hierarchical scheduling. It is responsible for daily administrative office communication, production scheduling, emergency dispatch during unforeseen events, and monitoring and scheduling of communication terminals for various positions.
Phone Conference
Our platform supports various methods for initiating meetings, including ad-hoc and fixed group calls. It accommodates a range of endpoints for simultaneous meetings, such as internal or external IP phones, landline phones, walkie-talkies, and mobile phones. Meetings can be set up at different levels, and dispatch consoles can initiate meetings with a single click. The meeting can accommodate up to 128 participants, with over 64 full-duplex speakers.
Standard IP Networking
