Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor is powered by a motor and reducer, utilizing standard chain plates as the carrying surface. By parallel arrangement of multiple chain plates, the shaft conveyor can be made wide and achieve differential speed, using the speed difference to convert multiple parallel conveyances into a single-file conveyance without compression, meeting the requirements of single-file conveyance for equipment like labeling, filling, and cleaning in the beverage industry. We can design the heads and tails of two conveyors as overlapping mixed chains, keeping the bottles (cans) in a dynamic transition state, ensuring no material is left on the conveyor line. This design can accommodate pressure-free and pressurized conveyance for both empty and filled bottles.
