Structural Features：

The fully automatic surface cleaning vessel is composed of the hull, cabin, power system, control system, collection device, propulsion system, central storage unit, and independent waste conveyance system. The hull is a monolithic structure, facilitating transportation, installation, and production.

Performance：

The equipment is primarily used for clearing aquatic weeds, plastic bags, and other floating debris from water. Due to varying applications, it is further categorized into cleaning vessels, recovery boats, and aquatic vegetation shredders. Depending on the specific type of aquatic plants at the user's location, the cleaning vessel is equipped with cutting blades, disc blades, shredding blades, horizontal shears, vertical shears, horizontal collection chains, and main collection chains at the bow. These are used for cutting, collecting, or shredding aquatic plants and floating debris.

This vessel utilizes hydraulic technology for centralized operation throughout the entire recovery, harvesting, and collection process. It controls multiple hydraulic oil lines through a gear distributor to power the opening and closing of the collection arm, the operation of the collection arm conveyor belt, the rotation of the collection wheel, the adjustment of the depth of the front collection hold, and the conveyance and lifting of the middle and rear storage holds. All movements can be operated individually or coordinated simultaneously. The conveyor belt of the front collection hold is composed of toothed hook chain links, stainless steel chain shafts, and stainless steel connecting plates, featuring strong hook-hanging ability, high load-bearing capacity, durability, and smooth conveyance. The middle and rear storage holds are made of stainless steel长城 belts, offering high strength and wear resistance. Not only do they have a long service life, but they also effectively filter water from the water lilies and floating debris recovered.

The vessel's propulsion system is regulated by two paddle wheels (or a stern propeller) for direction and navigation, offering fast speeds and agile maneuverability in turns.

The unloading of this vessel involves lifting the top of the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the storage hold, followed by conveying the collected material to the barge or shore via a conveyor chain at the bottom of the storage hold.
