Sand washing machine (or sand washer), used for dewatering and screening operations of large amounts of sand and stone in construction sites, sand and stone factories, prefabricated plants, and hydropower projects. It can also be used for ore sorting operations. Sand washing machines can be broadly categorized into spiral sand washing machines, drum sand washing machines, water wheel sand washing machines, vibration sand washing machines, bucket sand washing machines, and cylindrical sand washing machines. The sand washing machine is designed for cleaning sand and stone extracted from sand mining and dredging operations, primarily using water for cleaning. Sand and stone extracted from riverbeds or rock formations, which contain impurities, require washing with water to separate the soil and sand from the sand and stone. The combined sand and stone are transported to the machine's hopper, where, based on the technical settings of the hopper, they undergo rolling, vibration, and other movements. High-pressure water jets are then used for washing, with the washed soil being排出 through water holes and the sand and stone being dried.
