What is the principle of a toothbrush tufting machine?

The main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems form the transmission structure of the high-speed toothbrush tufting machine.

Four servo axes are the horizontal X-axis, vertical Y-axis, flipper Z-axis, and brush color change U-axis. The XY-axis coordinates determine the position of the toothbrush holes, the Z-axis serves to change to the next toothbrush, and the U-axis changes the brush color. As the main shaft motor operates, the four electrically controlled servo axes follow suit; when the main shaft stops, the other four axes stop accordingly. The speed of the main shaft determines the rate of bristle planting. The four servo axes must respond and drive in coordination; otherwise, hair loss or uneven bristles may occur.
