Principle of Operation for Aquaculture Microfiltration Machines

When water containing minute suspended particles enters the drum, these particles are retained by the stainless steel screen. Filtered water, free of suspended particles, then flows into the reservoir. As suspended particles accumulate in the drum to a certain level, it causes a decrease in the permeability of the filter mesh, leading to an increase in the drum's water level. When the water level reaches a predetermined high level, the liquid level control component activates. At this point, both the backwashing pump and the drum reducer automatically start working. The backwashing pump's high-pressure water, via the reverse cleaning component of the microfilter, cleans the rotating drum screen under high pressure. The suspended particles trapped in the drum filter mesh are flushed away by the high-pressure water, flowing into the waste collection trough and then排出 through the drainage pipe. Once the mesh is clean, the permeability of the drum filter mesh increases, the drum's water level decreases. When the water level falls to a predetermined low level, the backwashing pump and the drum reducer automatically cease operation, and the microfilter machine enters a new cycle of operation.
