What is a Microfiltration Machine?

The microfilter machine is composed of four main parts: the housing component, drum component, backflushing system, and electrical control box system, all made of high-quality engineering plastics. It features a stainless steel filter mesh fixed on a rotatable drum, separating and filtering out tiny suspended particles from water to achieve solid-liquid separation. During the filtering process, the screen may become blocked due to fine suspended particles in the water. When the screen is blocked, the automatic level control component activates, and simultaneously, the backflushing pump and drum reducer automatically start to work, promptly cleaning the screen and maintaining the equipment in optimal working condition. Our microfilter machine is designed to address issues such as non-automatic operation, lack of corrosion resistance, easily damaged screens, frequent equipment malfunctions, and difficult maintenance operations in existing microfilter machines. It is one of the solid-liquid separation technologies in the early water treatment phase of the industrialized recirculating aquaculture system in China, aiming to purify the aquaculture water by separating solid waste, achieving the goal of recycling.
