The maintenance cycle divisions are as follows:
Routine Maintenance - Conducted after daily operations.
Routine Maintenance - to be conducted every 50 hours of operation.
Routine Maintenance - Every 250 working hours.
Routine Maintenance - Conducted every 1,000 operating hours.
Please note: Due to the significantly slower operating speed during car wash operations, the maintenance cycles are based on actual operating hours. Users should establish maintenance and repair records for each vehicle and schedule regular maintenance. Additionally, based on the actual operational conditions in the user's location, appropriate adjustments to the maintenance cycles may be made.

High-Pressure Cleaning Vehicle
Sanitation vehicle manufacturers believe that regular maintenance is the foundation of all levels of maintenance, focusing on cleaning and inspection.
(1) Wash the inner and outer surfaces of the spray stand, body, and all subassemblies; wipe clean the glass and rearview mirrors.
(2) Inspect and clear all nozzles (the interior of the upper spray nozzle has a micro filter, which should be removed and cleaned).
(3) Inspect the main and auxiliary engine oil levels, high and low-pressure water pump lubricant levels, and coolant fluid levels; add as necessary.
After starting the engine, listen for its normal operation and check the exterior of the car, lights, brake system, parking brake, steering, and power take-off for proper functioning. Inspect the operating controls, electrical systems, and exterior, and examine the transmission status of the high and low-pressure water pumps.
(5) Inspect the status of the water level sensor and auxiliary engine RPM sensor system; adjust or replace if any issues are detected.
(6) Inspect the vehicle for any signs of oil, water, or gas leakage.
(7) Inspect for loose tire nuts, bolts, nuts, and shaft pins; check tire appearance and tire pressure.
(8) Eliminate the issues that occurred today.
