2CY High Pressure Gear Pump

The 2CY high-pressure gear pump is suitable for transporting heavy oils, diesel, mechanical oils, and other similar liquids that do not contain particles, fibers, or corrosive substances, with temperatures not exceeding 200°C and viscosities not greater than 1500 CST. It can be used for transmission, pressure boosting, fuel injection, hydraulic, and lubrication pump applications. Stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for transporting fluids without solid corrosive media.

2CY High Pressure Gear Pump Structural Features:

The 2CY high-pressure gear pump is composed of components such as the pump body, pump cover, gears, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears are nitrided for increased hardness and wear resistance, and are mounted together with the shaft inside the sleeve. All rotating parts within the pump are lubricated by the medium it transports.

Four bearing sleeves are mounted inside the pump housing, automatically adjusting the face clearance with the working pressure, ensuring stable pump pressure, minimal pulsation in output flow, and high volumetric efficiency.
