Introduction: Industrial flexible hose pumps (also known as supply pumps, high viscosity pumps, desulfurization pumps, etc.) and the series of蠕动pumps are a new type of multi-functional and versatile industrial pumps developed by absorbing foreign technology. They completely break away from the traditional operation mode of pump impellers and shaft seals, offering advantages in the transportation of media with high viscosity, high corrosiveness, and large amounts of fluid impurities. They operate on a principle entirely different from that of conventional transport pumps, with a wide range of applications.

Operating Principle

A smooth-walled, high-strength special rubber hose is installed inside the pump. A pair of pressure rollers rotate and compress the hose, causing the medium to be conveyed in one direction without backflow. After conveying the medium, the hose returns to its original shape due to its own elasticity and the forced guidance of the side roller. At this point, a high vacuum is created inside the hose to draw the material into the tube cavity. Subsequently, the material is expelled from the hose under the compression of the following roller. This process repeats, continuously drawing and expelling the material.

3. The fluid pumped comes into contact only with the hose, allowing for the transportation of fluids with varying viscosities, densities, corrosive and erosive properties.

4. Capable of transporting liquid materials containing solid particles, crystals, fibrous matter, and other impurities without causing any blockages or malfunctions.

5. Can operate in both forward and reverse, features self-cleaning capabilities.

6. The pump can be started without priming, making it particularly convenient for intermittent operation.

7. Low vibration and noise, can be mounted on a small trolley for easy movement and operation.

8. Simple structure, easy operation and maintenance.

9. Low power consumption, spacious capacity, and excellent metrological capability.
