2、 Basic principles of production process for coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization tower in Henan brick factory
The dual alkali method for desulfurization tower of coal-fired boilers in brick factories uses sodium based desulfurizers for tower desulfurization. Due to the strong alkalinity of sodium based desulfurizers, the solubility of reaction products after absorbing sulfur dioxide is high, which will not cause supersaturation crystallization and lead to scaling and blockage problems. On the other hand, the desulfurization products are discharged into the regeneration tank for reduction and regeneration with calcium hydroxide, and the regenerated sodium based desulfurizer is then sent back to the desulfurization tower for recycling. The dual alkali desulfurization process reduces investment and operating costs, making it more suitable for desulfurization retrofitting of small and medium-sized boilers.
The boiler wet desulfurization tower uses cyclone technology, jet technology, pressure atomization technology, and Venturi tube technology, with alkaline liquid as the carrier, to separate harmful substances such as dust, sulfur dioxide, hydrocarbons, etc. from the flue gas, absorb and settle them, and ultimately achieve the goal of purifying the flue gas.
3、 Common problem operation methods
1. Start work: first start the water pump to make the jet pressure atomization nozzle in the equipment spray towards the cylinder, so that hot smoke can enter the cylinder.
2. Stop working: Do not allow hot flue gas to enter the cylinder before turning off the water pump.
3. After the desulfurization tower is put into operation, the water pump should not be shut down, and it should be kept spray.
4. There is a large amount of dust settling in the water tank when using a desulfurization tower, so it is necessary to keep the water clean, especially without plastic sheets, wheat straw, or other materials, to prevent clogging of the nozzle (dust will not clog the nozzle).
5. The sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas combine with water to form acidity. Acidic water not only affects the effectiveness of the desulfurization tower, but also affects the service life of equipment pipelines and water tanks. Therefore, alkali should be added to maintain the pH value of the water tank above 10.
