The DMC-200 small coal-fired boiler bag filter is a small boiler dust removal equipment customized by Shiheng Environmental Protection Company for Mr. Yang, a customer from Linfen, Shanxi. The working principle of the small boiler bag filter is that the flue gas enters the cyclone settling system from the boiler outlet. In this device, the temperature of the flue gas can be reduced from above 200 ℃ at the outlet to 170 ℃ -190 ℃ and 80% of the dust is pretreated. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the spark collection system through the cyclone dust collector for spark capture (where the flue gas can be reduced to below 170 ℃) and enters the low-pressure pulse bag filter. The dusty gas enters the upper box of the dust removal equipment through the inlet of the bag filter. The dust stays on the outer surface of the dust removal bag inside the bag filter, and the purified flue gas passes through the bag and enters from the inside. The clean air chamber of the box is then connected to the induced draft fan through an air duct and discharged into the air through a chimney; The dust accumulated on the outer surface of the dust removal bag continues to increase, thereby increasing the resistance of the equipment. When a certain pressure difference is reached, the pulse control device in the electronic control system issues a cleaning command like a pulse valve. The pulse valve opens, and compressed air flows instantly through the air storage bag to the filtering unit, causing the bag to rapidly expand and shake off the dust on the outer surface. Dust naturally falls into the ash hopper and is discharged outside the equipment through the ash discharge valve.
