Working principle and structural diagram of pulse filter cartridge dust collector
1Cartridge dust collectorThe composition and characteristics of the structure:
The design structure of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector equipment consists of six parts: upper box, ash hopper, ladder platform, bracket, pulse cleaning and ash discharge device. Its filter cartridge assembly structure is completely different from the LL type inclined drawer type, but adopts a vertical assembly structure. Its characteristics are: 1. It adopts a vertical combination structure, consisting of a conical ash hopper, a filter cartridge dust removal chamber, a pulse jet cleaning chamber, an exhaust port, etc. from bottom to top. Therefore, the appearance of the dust collector is clean, beautiful, generous, small in size, complete in performance, and powerful in function. 2. The dust collector adopts a side inlet and vertical filter cartridge assembly structure, therefore, it has a small installation footprint and good synchronous pulse blowing dust cleaning effect during operation. 3. The dust inlet is equipped with a dust blocking plate, which has buffering and wear-resistant effects, preventing dust from directly impacting the filter cartridge at high speed, thus extending the service life of the filter cartridge. 4. The filter cartridge adopts a vertical assembly structure, making it very convenient to disassemble and replace; For general dust, the filter cartridge can be used for a long time without replacement. 5. Advanced compressed air automatic timed pulse cleaning ensures continuous low resistance operation of the dust collector.
2、 Working principle of pulse filter cartridge dust collector:
Under the action of the main fan in the dust removal system, the pulse type filter cartridge dust collector equipment allows the dust containing gas to enter the gas box at the bottom of the filter cartridge dust collector through the lower air inlet, undergo pre-treatment of the dust containing gas in the gas box, and then enter the various dust removal compartments of the upper box from the bottom gas box. The particulate dust will adsorb on the outer surface of the filter cartridge of the filter cartridge dust collector. The filtered clean gas will pass through the filter cartridge and enter the clean air chamber of the upper box, where it will be collected at the outlet and discharged outdoors. As the dust filtration process continues, the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge will increase, and the increase in dust accumulation will correspondingly increase the operating resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the dust removal equipment system, the upper limit of the operating resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector should be maintained within the range of 1400-1600Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller should issue commands through the dust removal system to perform three state dust cleaning.
