The introduction of composite bridge guardrails is as follows
① When installing anti-collision guardrails for composite pipe bridges on both sides of the highway, sufficient construction preparation should be made, and the position of the pile number on the construction section should be accurately found. The layout should have an error within the specified range.
② The packaging and labeling of components such as corrugated beams, crash barriers, and columns shall comply with the provisions of GB6725. When purchasing composite pipe bridge crash barriers, they should not be loose and should ensure that the products are not deformed or damaged during lifting, transportation, and stacking processes. During transportation, it should be securely fixed to prevent damage to the coating or deformation of the components due to bumps and collisions.
③ The construction of anti-collision guardrail columns should be strictly and conscientiously carried out, and their verticality, spacing, bolt hole position, and other dimensions should meet the requirements. If they do not meet the requirements, they should be reworked immediately. At the same time, they should be reworked strictly in accordance with the JTJ074-94 standard.
④ When purchasing, pay attention to the packaging and labeling of the high-strength splicing bolt connection of the corrugated beam, which should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1231.
⑤ Caution should be exercised during the construction of the anti-collision guardrail for composite pipe bridges, and it is not allowed to damage the cables, pipelines, and other facilities buried under the road surface.
