Model: JPX-12X2000
This series of production line is designed to process different specifications of hot-rolled medium and thick plates (3mm-25mm) into flat sheets of required length through uncoiling, leveling, and cutting.
This production line is mainly composed of feeding trolleys, double-top uncoiling machines, hydraulic bucket head clamping mechanisms, initial straightening machines, fine straightening machines, shearing machines, material stacking racks, matched electrical controls, hydraulic systems, and is equipped with oscillating intermediate plates and deviation correction devices between the machines.
