The main methods for fixing concrete fence posts are two: one is direct burial, and the other is using concrete column bases. The latter involves using concrete-made columns to secure the fence posts, which are transported to the site by concrete mixer trucks and injected using a pump. When pouring concrete, it should be layered in a certain order and direction, with plug vibrators used for vibration. Each layer should be 50 cm thick, and the inclined vibration method should be used along the pouring sequence, with the vibration rod and horizontal plane inclined at about 30°. The rod tips should face forward, with an appropriate spacing of 30 cm to prevent missed vibration. Each vibrated layer should continue until the concrete at that location no longer sinks. When the heights of adjacent pier caps are consistent, the layout of the piers should be based on the requirements of the upper structure and construction conditions. The height of the pier bottom entering the maintenance layer should be above 300mm.
