Cleanroom Purification Solutions - Optional Purification Plans for Electronic Cleanrooms
Selection and layout points for air filters with different levels of cleanroom air cleanliness: For air purification at 300,000-class, ultra-high-efficiency filters can replace high-efficiency filters; for air purification at 100, 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000-class cleanliness, a three-stage filter system of initial, medium, and high efficiency should be used; medium or high-efficiency air filters should be selected with a flow rate less than or equal to the rated capacity; medium-efficiency air filters should be centrally located in the positive pressure section of the air purification and air conditioning system; high-efficiency or ultra-high-efficiency air filters should be placed at the end of the air purification and air conditioning system.

Cleanroom Purification Project - Applicable Range for Electronic Cleanrooms:
Cleanroom Engineering - Electronics Cleanroom (Class 100,000) is a cleanroom facility with cleanliness levels above 100,000 particles per cubic foot, primarily controlling the contamination of work objects by airborne dust particles, and it must maintain a positive pressure. Electronics cleanrooms are suitable for industries such as electronics, microelectronics, semiconductors, precision manufacturing, LCD production, optical manufacturing, and PCB manufacturing. Specific applications include precision instruments, mobile phone backlights, chip production, integrated circuits, disk manufacturing, and display screens.
