Electric screw lift
Worm gear screw elevators are widely used in fields such as machinery, metallurgy, water conservancy, culture, and health. Compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation, flexible use, with multiple installation and assembly types, both manual and electric.
The screw lift is composed of a worm gear and a lifting screw, which can perform deceleration and lifting functions. The motor drives the worm to rotate, utilizing the transmission of the worm gear to make the worm wheel rotate. The worm wheel has an internal trapezoidal thread that cooperates with the screw, and the rotation of the worm wheel drives the screw to move axially.
When selecting a motor, attention should be paid to choosing one with good heat dissipation performance. As the elevator needs to work continuously, good ventilation is necessary; For straight top lifting platforms operating in high-temperature environments, F-class insulated motors should be selected; When installing an elevator platform indoors, the motor protection level should not be lower than IP23, and should reach IP54 outdoors; If using a DC motor, there should be a transparent window for checking the carbon brush and commutator; The motor equipped with the screw lift should have the specified torque overload capacity in a short period of time; When the working environment humidity of the elevator is high, a heater and an overheat alarm or power-off protection device should be installed inside. Whether it is static load, dynamic load, or impact load, the worm gear screw lift cannot exceed its allowable large load. It is necessary to choose a lift with sufficient capacity based on the safety factor, usage stroke, and the stability of the calibration screw.
