2、 Main structure and working principle

This machine is a small cleaning equipment, mainly composed of a cleaning room, shot blasting machine, elevator, separator system, electrical system, and other parts.

Working principle: A specified amount of workpiece is added to the cleaning room. After the machine is started, the workpiece rotates, and the shot blasting machine throws out a fan-shaped beam of pellets at high speed, evenly hitting the surface of the workpiece to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The thrown pellets pass through the surface of the workpiece and flow into the steel plate mesh at the bottom for screening. The larger particles are sieved out, and the steel pellets and fine sand fall into the screw conveyor under the mesh. They are then sent into the elevator and lifted into the separator for separation. The dust is sucked into the dust collector by the fan, filtered by a bag, and the cleaning air is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust falls into the dust collection box at the bottom of the dust collector, which can be cleaned regularly by the user.
