Tips for using shot blasting cleaning machine:

1During the shot blasting cleaning process, it is advisable to place as many workpieces as possible in the blasting area. This can improve cleaning efficiency, reduce wear on the protective plate, and increase its service life.

2In the case where the workpiece cannot be increased, the orientation sleeve should be adjusted to ensure that the steel shot is ejected as much as possible onto the workpiece, which can also increase the service life of the protective plate and reduce its wear.   

3、 ①The dust removal system should adjust the gates at various locations of the branch pipes to ensure reasonable distribution of wind power, which can enhance the dust removal effect.

Operating instructions:

The operator must pay attention to whether the instrument display in the electrical cabinet is normal during the operation of the equipment.

1All personnel entering the shot blasting room must wear goggles and safety helmets.

2The operator must inspect the equipment daily.

Lubrication components such as gearbox, hydraulic system, oil mist generator, and bearing chain.  

Mechanical components such as wear of rotating parts and wear of vulnerable parts.

Example: If the shot blasting machine vibrates, it must be stopped immediately to replace the blades.  

Register the wear and tear situation daily and replace vulnerable parts in a timely manner.

3The lubrication part should ensure timely refueling.
