The bond strength between the adhesive and fabric is ≥8, and the tensile strength is ≥12MPa. The core mold is adaptable to temperatures ranging from -10 degrees to 80 degrees, even up to 130 degrees; the elongation at break is ≥350%. The appearance of the octagonal inflatable core mold: the surface is free of cracks and adhesive layer sponges. The length of surface impurities on the adhesive layer bubbles should not exceed 3mm, and the depth should not exceed 1.5mm, with no more than one occurrence per meter. The roundness should be less than 2mm. The core mold can be reused 60 to 80 times, with skilled operators potentially reaching 100 times.
