A sewage pump is a type of pump that is integrated with a motor and operates submerged in liquid. Compared to standard horizontal or vertical sewage pumps, it features a compact structure and requires less floor space. Installation and maintenance are convenient, as large sewage pumps typically come with an automatic coupling device for easy installation and repair. It operates continuously for extended periods. Due to the pump and motor being coaxial, the shaft is short and the rotating parts are lightweight, resulting in a relatively smaller load on the bearings (radial) and a significantly longer lifespan than conventional pumps. There is no cavitation damage or issues with filling and draining water. This last point is particularly convenient for operators. It also produces minimal vibration and noise, has a low motor temperature rise, and is environmentally friendly.
