The EVA waterproof sheet production process employs a two-stage co-extrusion single-screw extrusion method domestically. The sheet is formed by adding reinforcing agents and antioxidants to the raw material resin EVA, then heating and melting it, plasticizing, extruding, drawing, and forming the sheet. It can also be thermally bonded with geotextile (signal layer) equipped with slings to create a composite waterproofing board. Alternatively, the extrusion calendering method can be used, where the resin extruder melts and plasticizes the material, extruding it in a molten state through a die slot to fuse with the slings, then rolled and cooled into a smooth film, or fused with geotextile equipped with slings, rolled and cooled into a composite waterproofing sheet.
