The EVA waterproof sheet production process employs a two-stage co-extrusion single die extrusion method domestically. The sheet is formed by adding reinforcing agents and antioxidants to the raw resin EVA, heating it to melt and plasticize, then extruding and drawing it. The sheet can also be thermally bonded with geotextile (signal layer) equipped with slings to form a composite waterproof board. Alternatively, it can be produced using the extrusion calendering method, where the resin is melted and plasticized in an extruder, then extruded through a die to form a melt film that is fused with the slings. The film is then rolled and cooled to create a glossy film, or it can be fused with the geotextile equipped with slings, rolled, and cooled to form a composite waterproof sheet.
