EVA Waterproof SheetThe production process utilizes a two-stage co-extrusion single-layer rod extrusion method domestically. The boards are formed by adding reinforcing agents and antioxidants to the raw resin EVA, then heating, melting, plasticizing, extruding, and drawing. These boards can also be thermally bonded with woven geotextiles (signal layer) equipped with slings to form a composite waterproof board. Alternatively, the extrusion calendering method can be employed, which involves melting and plasticizing the resin in an extruder, then extruding it through a die to form a molten sheet that is fused with the slings, followed by roller calendering and cooling to create a glossy film. It can also be integrated with woven geotextiles equipped with slings, roller calendered, and cooled to form composite waterproof boards.
