Fully Automatic TMR Feed Blender

1. When using the TMR feed mixer, first select the proper installation location for the TMR feed mixer and the power unit; for long-term fixed operations, the unit should be securely mounted on a concrete foundation.

2. Once the base is fully installed, conduct a systematic static inspection of the unit. Then, run a dynamic no-load test for 3-5 minutes. If there are no abnormal phenomena, it is ready for operation.

3. Electric-powered units require an electrician to properly arrange the wiring.

4. The TMR feed mixer should be opened up after about ten days of use to inspect the rotating parts such as the rotor and hammer, tighten all connecting bolts, and check the lubrication of the bearings.
